Joanie Sego grew up in Boulder, Colorado. She moved to California with her family and worked at Mission Hills Real Estate Company, selling New Homes around the Pete Dye Golf Course,  in Rancho Mirage, CA. This was in 1996, and marked the beginning of Joanie’s road to becoming a successful, knowledgeable Real Estate Agent, specializing in Resort Sales as well as Residential Sales, particularly in the area of “Higher end Properties.”  After moving back to Denver with her family, Joanie joined US Homes/New Home Sales Division and continued on her “top producer” Real Estate path.

Growing up in Colorado and skiing in Vail, it was only natural that the beauty and pristine setting of Vail Valley would have a calling – and Joanie made her final move to the High Country in 2000, when moving to Edwards, which also put her closer to her immediate family.  Joanie’s parents were one of the first Home Owners in Arrowhead Country Club of the Rockies.

On a professional level, Joanie’s focus is on providing unsurpassed Service to her clients, with special attention to “translating” her clients’ vision of a Dream Home into Reality.  Years of experience in the Real Estate Market and Resort Sales, paired with a passion for the pristine environment she lives in, Joanie is a business partner one can trust and rely on.

Lynn grew up in Tennessee and during her 33 year career as a flight attendant for United Airlines fell in love with the Vail Valley, moved here in 1976 and pursued her love of skiing in winter and hiking in summer.

Having lived in the Vail Valley for over 38 years, Lynn brings an intimate knowledge of the community and it’s history to her real estate career. She has sold properties in every market and price point in the Valley since 1997. She brings a high level of professional integrity and enthusiasm to every real estate transaction.

In 2004, Heidi had the opportunity to either move to Stockton, CA or the Vail Valley, because her husband had job opportunities in both places.  Having lived in Colorado most of her life and graduated from the University of Colorado, it was clear that moving to Eagle County was the right choice.

Heidi is the co-owner of Snapdragon of Colorado, a home care and vacation rental company, which has sparked her passion for real estate.  Heidi has owned rental properties and always looks at cash flow, appreciation and the bottom line.  She has also experienced 4 corporate relocations and understands the difficulties of hunting for a home with a short time line in town or house hunting from afar.  She is focused on outstanding customer service and would love to share her expertise with you.

Heidi lives in Edwards with her husband, Mike, and two daughters.  When she’s not selling real estate, you may see her mountain biking, hiking, skiing or teaching fitness classes at The Athletic Club at The Westin or The Arrowhead Alpine Club.
